Hi, my name is Brittany Peitersen, and I am a Restorative Conversation Assistant. Before coming to Edna and John W. Mosley P-8, I worked at Jewell Elementary School in Aurora Public Schools as a counseling intern and at Ridgeview Academy (Rite of Passage) as a case management intern. I just recently graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with my bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in High Risk Youth. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my golden retriever, watching movies, cheering for the Broncos, and spending time with my family. The thing I am most excited about for the 2016-2017 school year is working with students and their families. My job is to accelerate the learning of every APS student everyday. I do my job by assisting students in developing proper social and coping skills within the classroom environment and to provide any support they may need in doing so. My community needs me to do my job.
