Hi, my name is Briana Barber and I am the Level 1 K-5 Autism teacher. This is my second year teaching at Edna and John W. Mosley P-8. Before coming to Mosley, I taught for 6 years in a 6th-8th grade Life Skills Center Program in Denver Public Schools. In my free time, I enjoy biking, skiing, hiking with my dog, reading and cheering on the Broncos. The thing I am most excited about for the 2016-2017 school year is connecting with my students and families to help create a community of inclusion and acceptance! My job is to accelerate learning for every APS student, every day. I do my job by recognizing each student’s unique skills and talents to help create engaging experiences that help students to develop independence. My community needs me to do my job.
