Hi, my name is Reanna Baker, and I a K-5 Autism teacher. I have been teaching in Aurora Public Schools for 5 years. Before coming to Edna and John W. Mosley P-8, I was a special education teacher for students with mild-moderate disabilities at Fletcher Community School. Prior to starting in APS, I was an ILC teacher in Cherry Creek Public Schools for 5 years, working with students with significant needs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, hiking, snowshoeing, watching movies, spending time with my family and friends and aspiring to be a contestant on Top Chef. The thing I am most excited about for the 2015-16 school year is getting to know my new colleagues, students and their families! My job is to accelerate learning for every APS student, every day. I do my job by creating meaningful learning opportunities that support students in the process of discovering who they are, what they are capable of and how to engage independently in the world around them. My community needs me to do my job.
