Hi, my name is Traci Winter, and I teach 6th grade social studies. I began teaching in Nevada in 2000 after graduating from UNLV. I taught elementary through middle school and earned my masters in curriculum and instruction in 2008. My husband Ron, our son, and I moved to Colorado in 2010 and we love it. For the past few years, I have been involved in fundraising and community service for a large non-profit group, I started a small dog boarding business, and substitute taught in Littleton, Englewood, and DPS. I joined Mosley last year and am excited to be a part of our great Mosley Team! In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, explore Colorado, bird watch in my backyard, and catch up on Netflix. The thing I am most excited about for the 2019-20 school year is meeting all of my new students! My job is to accelerate learning for every APS student, every day. I do my job by listening to my students, being a role, and valuing independent thinkers. My community needs me to do my job.
