Hi, my name is Zach Vine, and I teach 6th grade. I’ve been working in education since I graduated from college and I’m thrilled to be part of the Mosley P-8 team. After earning my bachelor's degree from CU-Boulder in 2002, I began my teaching career in New York City as a chess instructor. I went on to teach 5th and 6th grade for several years while earning my master's degree in childhood education. I am a husband and father and love spending time with my wife, Michelle, and our two kids, Adam (8) and Lila (5). I also like to spend time outside, whether I’m fishing, swimming, biking, or running. This school year is going to be different but I'm going to make it great. I’m excited to face new challenges and solve novel problems together with my students. My job is to accelerate learning for every student, every day. I do my job by empowering kids to become their best selves. My community needs me to do my job.
