Hi, my name is Briana Barber and I am the Level 1 Autism teacher. This is my fifth year teaching at Edna and John W. Mosley P-8. Before coming to Mosley, I taught for five years in a 6th-8th grade Life Skills Program in Denver Public Schools. In my free time, I enjoy biking, hiking with my dogs, traveling, going to concerts and watching the Broncos. The thing I am most excited about for the 2019-2020 school year is connecting with my students and families to help create a community of inclusion and acceptance. My job is to accelerate learning for every APS student, every day. I do my job by recognizing each student’s unique skills and talents to help create engaging experiences that help students to develop independence. My community needs me to do my job.
